4. Booking and Payment

• Sessions must be booked in advance via WhatsApp
• Payment is required before the session is conducted
• Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change
• Payment methods will be communicated during booking

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation by Client: You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled session for a full refund
• Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee
• No-Show: Failure to attend without notice results in no refund
• Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given 24 hours in advance

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during booking
• Be present and on time for scheduled sessions
• Respect the practitioner and the sacred nature of the work
• Not record sessions without explicit permission
• Take personal responsibility for your actions and decisions

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All information shared during sessions is kept confidential, except where:

• Required by law
• There is a risk of harm to yourself or others
• You provide written consent to share information

8. Third-Party Readings

We do not conduct readings on third parties without their explicit consent. This is an ethical boundary we maintain to respect everyone's free will and privacy.

9. Results and Expectations
